Please acknowledge all treatments and procedures performed at Babe Beauty Co. are elective. For this reason, no refunds are issued for services. Babe Beauty Co. is dedicated to providing safe, effective, and professional services. We work with each patient to curate an individual aesthetic plan and look forward to creating your personalized beauty journey.
As a courtesy to our staff and other clients, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late arrival to your appointment of more than 15 minutes will be considered as a "no show" and will result in cancellation of your appointment. Babe Beauty Co. reserves the right to charge a $75 fee for no-shows or cancellations not initiated with the 48-hour advanced notice.
Please understand that our services are in high demand and your appointment reserves personal, one-on-one time with our medical spa staff for your customized treatment.
For your convenience, a 24-hour reminder text can be sent to your phone number on file. Please select this option at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.

Merchandise purchased from the Babe Beauty Co. shop, aside from e-Gift Cards, can be returned.
We always hope you are happy with your purchase from Babe Beauty Co. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Gift Card Policy
e-Gift cards may be applied toward any purchase made at Babe Beauty Co. "e-Gift Card” means a voucher that is electronic.
All e-Gift Cards (“Cards”) are subject to (a) the specific terms and conditions stated on the card; and (b) these general card terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the former prevails. Not redeemable for cash. Must be used in one transaction. May only be redeemed once, unless expressly stated otherwise. Cannot be applied to previously placed bookings or services not offered at the time of purchase. No rainchecks. e-Gift Cards do not expire.
